IOU Board of Directors

keeping the organization moving forward

The IOU Board of Directors is comprised of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer as well as five at-large members.  Elections are held each spring at the annual meeting where approximately half of the board is elected for two-year terms.

The board manages the day-to-day operations of the organization through various standing and ad hoc committees as well as budget approval.  It is responsible for approval of committee members and other key staff positions such as the membership coordinator and editors of the various publications.  Board meetings are open to the membership.
